At Satyam Enterprises, we provide customized structural engineering and installation services. Due to the bespoke nature of our car parking structures, our cancellation and refund terms are governed by the specific project agreement.
Cancellation of any parking structure project must be communicated in writing. The terms of cancellation and any applicable fees depend heavily on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
Once custom steel fabrication, material procurement, or structural planning has commenced for your specific project, costs incurred up to that point are generally non-refundable. The exact terms will be outlined in your finalized project contract.
Refund eligibility and amounts are determined based on the agreed terms of the specific project contract. Any refund processing will be subject to a review of the work completed and materials already utilized or purchased for your structure.
Modifications to structural requirements after a project has commenced may incur additional charges or affect previously agreed terms. These will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.
